The product will be dispatched within 2 working days from the date of order confirmation. The estimated delivery time is 10 days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after dispatch.
Once the product is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
In case of cancellation after dispatch, a courier charge of ₹100/- per package will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
In case of damaged shipment or wrong product delivered, the customer must inform us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear supporting images.
Any complaints received after 24 hours will not be entertained.
Refunds will be processed only after we receive the returned product in its original condition. The entire process usually takes 7 to 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned item.
